Character that needs lots more planning. :T But, uh, here’s what I’ve got:

She basically come from a post-apocolyptic world where humanity is only just recovering and lives is small clans/tribes. Hers have evolved so that most have a split personality and symptoms that come with it. Hers are especially bad. Her blood cells decay which can wreak obvious havoc on her health (basically ebola).
